 We are proud to offer bespoke, tailored packages designed entirely around your needs. Whether you are a business needing staff or regular clean ups, a resident needing assistance or a tourist looking for guidance, we are here for you. 

Unlike many businesses, we do not provide a set list of services because we believe every client is unique. From the very beginning, Stars of Bowness Ltd was founded on a simple promise: If we can help – we will.

Although our cleaning services are popular and wide-ranging, we are not just a cleaning company. Our vision has always been to support the community by offering a friendly, reliable, and adaptable solutions service.

Our team is kind, efficient, intuitive, and resourceful, and we have combined our life skills and experience into one place under the name Stars of Bowness Ltd. There is no limit to how far we will go to make life easier for our clients: Windermere Council, The Beatrix Potter World, The Easy Breeze, Southveiw Spa, to name just a few on our books. 

The support we provide takes many forms. Perhaps you need staff cover while you advertise empty roles, a regular cleaner, or a restaurant reset with glassware polished and tables reset each night. Your business floors are looking tired after a busy summer? Maybe you are moving house and need a removal company arranged, or you are recovering from an operation and require someone to walk your dog. Need your balconies and windows cleaned for summer? You might be planning a private function and wish to have a personal chef, or perhaps you want a stress-free, pre-planned scenic tour of the Lake District organised and booked for you. 

Whatever the need, large or small, we will do our very best to assist. Flexibility and reliability are at the heart of what we do. 

Beyond our own services, we also have excellent relationships with trusted local companies and contacts in many fields, including electricians, gardeners, decorators, pest control, maintenance, and drain surveyors. If you need something, we will do our best to find the right solution.

Our process is simple and transparent. We provide free, no-obligation consultations to discuss your requirements. If you choose to proceed, we create a custom package so that all expectations are clear and every detail is met efficiently.

We are very proud to also complete a random act of kindness job each month. We volunteer at least once a month, giving our time and services to help those who may not be able to otherwise receive assistance.
