Stars of Bowness Ltd offers a complete deep-clean and take-over service for hotels and guest houses. Starting with a thorough deep clean, then taking full responsibility for all daily cleaning operations. 

We build a tailored package to your exact needs and provide a reliable cleaning team to deliver it; if you’d prefer, we can also take over the management of your current cleaning staff (on the condition they pass our trial period), if you recommend this route. We oversee rotas and performance, maintain your standards while adhering to health and safety, and handle sickness cover, so, if a cleaner is off ill, it’s our problem, not yours. Freeing up valuable time for your managers to focus on running the hotel. 

Together with owners/managers, we create clear systems for staff to follow, including daily checklists and a simple platform where the team uploads daily photos of completed work plus notes and records for anything needed (maintenance issues, low stock, items to reorder). 

Packages can also include supplying everything required, from cleaning products and equipment right down to toilet roll and soap.

For owners who live further away, we can also manage bookings and enquiries, coordinate access, and assist with maintenance call-outs or scheduled works. We act as an emergency contact for many local holiday lets, responding promptly if guests report any issues—helping protect your reviews, minimise disruption, and give you peace of mind that support is always close by.

Beyond the accommodation, we’re on hand to help plan and arrange the details that make a trip effortless. From day trips, tours and tailored itineraries for part, or all, of their stay, to booking private, high-end chefs to cater for a
