We offer a choice of 4 standard packages for residential cleans: Basic package, Standard package, Detailed package and our Exclusive package.
(Mixing and matching to have different packages used in different rooms is common here at Stars).
If you would like to adapt a package or you have a request not listed, please contact us to book a no obligation, free quote.
Stars Of Bowness also offers one-off residential deep cleans and a home re-organisation and decluttering service.
Our packages can also include general garden tidy up. We offer separate services for bigger garden jobs or removals (please see our 'Stars Extras' page located in the main menu on our home page.

Please note that our Five Star service is also available on our residential packages.
This could be anything from fresh flowers in a vase, freshly baked biscuits or beautiful, localy sourced hand made chocolates in a small gift box. We offer room dressing for a celebration and we run a service that sees us completing, delivering and putting away your weekly shopping for you.

BASIC PACKAGE: Our basic package covers the equivalent of a simple, routine cleaning schedule.

We come in and freshen up your home, leaving behind us a clean and welcoming space for you to relax in.

~Spray, wipe and dry all visible horizontal and vertical surfaces (choice of disinfectants offered).
~Clean/disinfect sinks and taps.
~Spray clean all glass surfaces including the inside windows.
~Spray clean and dry cooker top and door.
~Spray and wipe washing machine outside of machine/dishwasher.
~Spray clean and dry bin inside and out.
~Hoovering to include carpet freshener.
~Fabric freshener used on any suitable items.
~Generous dosing of eco friendly air mist sprayed.
Bathroom:
~Clean and disinfect toilets.
~Clean and disinfect showers/baths.
~Clean and disinfect sinks.
(Cleaning and disinfecting includes all taps, shower heads, overflows and plugs).
~Spray clean and dry all glass surfaces, including the inside windows.
~Hoovering to include carpet freshener/ sweepable floors to include mopped and disinfected floors (using standard mop and bucket).
~Remove and replace towels (using your already prepared clean towels)

Our Detailed package includes everything listed in our Basic and Standard packages PLUS:
Kitchen:
~Spray clean and dry all visible horizontal and vertical surfaces PLUS clean inside cupboard doors and moving items, cleaning shelves and replacing items again (If requested).
~Spray clean inside of oven and underneath cooker hood.
~Wipe clean and dry white goods (Microwave-inside out, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge, Freezer, Washer/Dryer.
~Fridge - move items inside - clean and replace.
~Steam clean all suitable surfaces.
~Spray clean and dry kick boards, skirting boards, window sills and frames.
~Clean pet feeding stations if applicable.
~Steam clean windows (inside).
Bathroom:
~Clean and disinfect toilets and outlet pipes.

Exclusive Package
Our Exclusive Package incudes everything listed in our Basic, Standard and Detailed Packages.
Our Exclusive Package also includes deep cleaning of all carpets, waxing and polishing of any wooden floors, tiled floor buffing/shining and any laminate steam cleaned, dried and lightly buffed to shine.
This includes moving items, cleaning the floor underneath items and replacement of items of furniture up to 25 kilos per item.
Please note: our insurance covers us to lift items of up to 25 kilos. If you wish to have carpets cleaned which hold items above this weight, we would only move the items that weigh under 25 kilos. If you would like carpets cleaned underneath items weighing more than 25 kilos, we suggest that you have items removed prior to our visit.
It is possible however, at an extra cost, for us to acquire temporary insurance which covers us to lift heavier items.
Our exclusive package steam cleans all skirting boards alongside deep cleaning/steam cleaning any remaining floor surface.

EXTRA:
If you would like us to wash your bedding and towels, they will be returned to you pressed and ready to use. This service comes at an extra cost.
We have dry cleaning facilities also available to us.
Here at Stars, we also offer a weekly washing service. We collect on your day of choosing, washing that you would like to be washed, dried and ironed before being returned to you.
Pricing is dependant on weight of each collection.
Pricing for our residential cleaning service varies from client to client. Prices are quoted on an individual basis due to us offering individual, custom built packages.
