Basic Package
BASIC PACKAGE: Our basic package covers the equivalent of a simple, routine cleaning schedule.
BASIC PACKAGE:
We come in and freshen up your home, leaving behind us a clean and welcoming space for you to relax in.
Our basic package includes:
Kitchen:
~Wipe and dust all horizontal surfaces.
~Wipe clean cooker top and cooker door.
~General tidy round.
~Empty bins/replace bags.
~Wash/dry/put away dishes /fill and empty dishwasher.
~Hoover/Sweep/Mop floors (mop and bucket).
~Spray air freshener.
Bathroom:
~Straighten curtains, cushions, towels.
~Spray and wipe sinks and taps.
~Spray and wipe baths/showers.
~Wipe and dust all horizontal surfaces.
~Clean and disinfect toilets.
~Empty bins/replace bags.
~ Dust mirror (with feather duster).
~Hoover/Sweep/Mop (mop and bucket).
~Spray air freshener.
Bedroom:
~Straighten curtains, cushions, throws etc.
~Make the bed.
~Dust all horizontal surfaces.
~Dust mirrors/wall pictures.
~Hoover/Sweep and Mop around furniture.
~Empty bins/replace bags.
~Spray air freshener.
Living room:
~Straighten cushions, throws and covers.
~General tidy round.
~ Wipe and dust all horizontal surfaces.
~Clean TV controller.

~Hoover/Sweep and Mop (mop and bucket).

Porches and Utility:
~General tidy round.

~Straighten any chairs, cushions throws.
~Wipe and dust all horizontal surfaces.
~Re-set any tables, wiping coasters and mats.

Hallways and stairs:
~Hoover/Sweep and Mop (with a mop and bucket).
~Dust any wood work with a feather duster.
Standard Package:
Our standard package includes everything listed in our Basic Package, PLUS:
Kitchen:
~Spray, wipe and dry all visible horizontal and vertical surfaces (choice of disinfectants offered).
~Clean/disinfect sinks and taps.
~Spray clean all glass surfaces including the inside windows.
~Spray clean cooker top and inside.
~Spray and wipe washing machine and outside of dishwasher.
~Wipe outside of appliances (microwave,toaster,kettle,air fryer, coffee machine).
~Spray clean and dry bin inside and out.
~Hoovering to include carpet freshener.
~Fabric freshener used on any suitable items.
~Air freshener.
Bathroom:
~Clean and disinfect toilets.
~Clean and disinfect showers/baths.
~Clean all vertical and horizontal visible surfaces.
~Clean and disinfect sinks.
(Cleaning and disinfecting includes all taps, shower heads, overflows and plugs).
~Spray clean and dry all glass surfaces, including the inside windows.
~Hoovering to include carpet freshener/ sweepable floors to include mopped and disinfected floors (using standard mop and bucket).
~Remove and replace towels (using your already prepared clean towels)
~Clean and disinfect light switches and shower switches.
~Air freshener and fabric spray.
Bedroom:
~Strip bedding and place in an instructed place.
~Apply clean bedding (with readily available bedding).
~Wipe and dust (with polish) all horizontal and vertical visible surfaces.
~Spray clean (with disinfectant) and dry all horizontal surfaces.
~Disinfect TV control.
~Spray clean bin inside and outside.

~Clean windows (inside) - with cloth and window cleaner.
~Replace towels ( with readily available towels).
~Hoovering/Sweeping and Mopping to include carpet freshener/Wood Shine or Tile Bright.
~Air freshener including fabric freshener.
Living Room:
~Polish clean all glass/mirrored surfaces.
~Spray clean windows (inside).
~Wipe and dust/polish all horizontal and vertical surfaces (including wall art and walls/ceiling cornes).
~Disinfect TV control.
~Bin bag replacement includes spray clean and dry inside and outside of waste paper bin.
~Hoovering /Sweeping and Mopping to include carpet freshener/Wood Shine or Tile Bright.
~Air freshener including fabric freshener.
Porch/Utility
~Spray, wipe and dry all visible surfaces.
~Clean / polish all glass (including windows inside).

Detailed Package:
Our Detailed package includes everything listed in our Basic and Standard packages PLUS:
Kitchen:
~Disinfect all cleaned visible horizontal and vertical surfaces PLUS clean inside cupboard doors and moving items, cleaning shelves and replacing items again (If requested).
~deep clean inside of oven and underneath cooker hood.
~Clean inside microwave/air fryer
~Fridge clean outside plus: move items inside - clean/disinfect and replace items.
~Spray clean and dry kick boards, skirting boards, window sills and frames.
~Clean pet feeding stations if applicable.
Bathroom:
~Anti-limescale any prone units.
~Disinfect bins.
~Spray clean and dry any radiators and piping.
~Disinfect light switches/door handles.
~Disinfect any tiles.
Bedroom:
~Bedding change includes mattress flip or turn (if requested).

EXTRA:
If you would like us to wash/dry clean your bedding and towels, they will be returned to you pressed and ready to use. This service comes at an extra cost.
Here at Stars, we also offer a weekly washing service. We collect on your day of choosing, wash, dry and press (or dry clean) and return on day of your choosing.
Pricing is dependant on dry weight of each collection.
Pricing for our residential cleaning service varies from client to client. Prices are quoted on an individual basis due to us offering bespoke packages.
