Do you need staff?

Here at Stars we recognise that often in Bowness and Windermere, businesses get caught short with staff. We also offer (subject to availability) stand-in staff cover. We are happy to come and cover necessary roles for you either in an emergency or while you spend time advertising and interviewing potential employees.

IF YOU NEED STAFF, CALL US AND ASK! WE HAVE NOT LISTED EVERY SINGLE SKILL OUR TEAM HAS AND WE ARE ADAPTABLE AND OPEN TO LEARNING NEW SKILLS.

We are competent and honest - if we feel that we do not possess the skills or confidence to do what you ask of us, we will discuss this with you and come up with a solution.

When you call, we will assess your needs and advise you of what we are able to do to assist you. We will then take a run through of what you need and expect from your staff and we will do our best to get you covered!

All we ask for staff stand-in is that the individual who initially contacts Stars to book us, is available to meet the Stars staff member face to face the first time they arrive at your business. They will be aware of your requirements from your initial telephone call to us. However, where possible, we like our staff to have a basic induction by the person who requested them.

Cleaners

We can clean! Job description is pretty self explanatory. Our stand-in cleaners have abilities to cover many roles, some jobs they undertake daily include but are not limited to:

~ Hotel Cleaning (Parts of our team are trained up to 5* Hotel Standard).

~ Air BnB Cleaning.

~Health spa cleaning.

~ Hot tub and Swimming Pool Cleaning.

Retail and Hospitality Assistant (Front of House and Back of House)

We are confident to come and join any team in retail or hospitality. We are hard working and dedicated to quickly learning what your business expects from its staff. We are adaptable to our surroundings and we take great pleasure in offering great customer and colleague relations. Head Chef (Including Silver Service), Breakfast Chef, Pastry Chef, Sous-Chef.

We have part-time chefs available. Our chefs already work in full-time jobs and are on call for Stars of Bowness when they are not in work.
