Out Of Hours Does Not Always Mean Emergency!

Here at Stars we recognise that many of the businesses in Bowness and Windermere continue to run long after the average working day is complete. 

Our out of hours service offers all of our services during unsociable hours. 

This part of our business currently gains the most interest from pubs/clubs and restaurants wishing to take advantage of our cleaning and resetting service.  At the end of your company's busy, long, hard-working day, we are happy to come into your venue, after you close - or early morning, and complete all the tedious jobs that nobody likes to do. This could be anything your business requires but usually involves the likes of hoovering, steam cleaning and drying all glassware, bar clean downs and re-stocking, cleaning and resetting of all tables (including cleaning polishing of all silverware), and much more.

We receive out of hours bookings and enquiries for commercial deep cleans and commercial carpet and upholstery cleans. We are happy to work throughout the night as to not disrupt your regular business hours. Businesses find this service useful if they need us to complete work during the high season. Night time availability means that our work does not interfere with your company's working day.

Bookings that are expecting us out of hours will automatically have our out of hours fee of £30 included on their invoice.

SUBJECT TO AVAILABITLIY,  A MEMBER OF STARS OF BOWNESS WILL BE WITH YOU WITHIN ONE HOUR OF YOUR CALL! 

~Your head chef has taken ill mid shift? Call us! If our top chef is available, he will be with you within the hour!

~Your breakfast chef or waiting staff have not turned up to start the 6am breakfast service preparations? Call us!  We will do our best to help you out.

~Mid day shift change over did not go to plan in your local shop and you are short staffed on a busy day? Call us!  If we are available we will be there to step in.

~You need an unexpected, late night, interior valet doing on your taxi after a inconsiderate customer spilled their kebab on your seats? We got you!

~A rowdy bunch of tourists have caused chaos and mess at 1am in your venue and you need to be open again at 8am? Don't worry! We will have your place looking as good as new in no time at all.

~Your child or your puppy has had an accident on your brand new carpet at 4am? Yes, you guessed it, call us! We will arrive within the hour and leave no trace of said accident.

~Having a party and run out of alcohol after the shops close? Or the opposite and you are up in the night with your new-born and realise you need wipes? Call us. If we have availability, we will travel to get you what you need. (please note, age restricted items will require I.D. upon delivery.

EMERGENCY CALL OUTS

Subject to availability, our Staff will arrive with you within one hour of your emergency call out. During working hours a standard emergency call out fee of £25 pound will be included on your overall invoice. If you require an Emergency Call Out for any reason between the hours of 10pm and 7am, our emergency call out fee doubles.

We also offer same day call outs, having our staff arrive within 6 hours of your call - our same day call out fee of £10 will be added to your overall invoice.

 Please note,  same day call outs on a sunday for any of our services automatically incur a £30 call out fee. 

Our emergency rates for all services stay the same 24 hours a day after the initial call out fee is added.
